THE
SUOJELUSKUNTA :
A History Of
The Finnish Civil Guard - Photo Section

A Civil Guard marked
magazine pouch for the Bergman SMG.

An interesting photo
as one Finn seen here (seated in the middle) is a member of
the Civil Guard Navy, which was a small force.

A 13 year old member of the "White
Guards".

A Lotta arm sleeve
from Luumäki.

Carl Gustaf Emil
Mannerheim's uniform was of his own creation and as a part
of his tunic there was a Civil Guard district patch on his
left arm sleeve.

the Finnish Civil War.

Many of those giving
training in the Finnish Army were also Civil Guard members.
